What was the highlight of Bela Hotel
It really wasn’t grand.
The breakfast was exceptional
The check in process and check out was really slow and inefficient. Room service was out of almost everything early evening. There were lots of mosquitos in the room. Room service didn’t speak English at all - expected at a property that seems very international.

I was there after long journey and while I checked in the room there was no towel inside...I asked the staff to give me towels and they made me wait a long time..I was really tired and wanted to sleep after take a bath but they give me towel after waiting so many hours...only that bad experience have..other all things are fine there...good and nice hotel overall

seharusnya dengan hotel kualitas baik dan harganya cukup mahal, kualitas dan servisnya lbh baik.
kamar besar, bed nyaman, dan staff ramah :)
Saya mengirim email meminta view Gamalama, tetapi tidak dibalas. Kemudian saya mendapatkan view dr lantai 2 ke laut. Setiap hari (saya menginap 5 hari 4 mlm) saya harus meminta handuk kecil, bahkan ada kalanya semua handuk dicuci. AC panas, saya meminta pendinginan lebih tp sepertinya mereka under staff. Untuk makanan rasanya biasa saja
