What was the highlight of Bela Hotel
It really wasn’t grand.
The breakfast was exceptional
The check in process and check out was really slow and inefficient. Room service was out of almost everything early evening. There were lots of mosquitos in the room. Room service didn’t speak English at all - expected at a property that seems very international.

Ketidak jelasan kerja sama antara hotel grand dafam dengan booking.com, pada aplikasi sudah sy sudah membayar dan mendapat konfirmasi di email tetapi sesampai di sana di tagihkan lg untuk pembayaran kamar, jd pembayaran double. Saat di konfirmasi ke pihak hotel hingga sy checkout belom ada penjelasan yg memuaskan, hanya di minta meninggalkan no rekening.

What was the highlight of Bela Hotel
A comfortable stay in. tropical paradise
The breakfast was a very good selection, lovely view over the pool area, mountains in the background. We had a room with a wonderful view over the harbour. We arrived at 0900am and we were given our room straight away, with a welcome drink of nutmeg coffee.
The room was tired, the mini bar only had a few items in it, however there was a list indicating it was full. We asked the reception to check the list of what we had and what was missing. Not that we use the mini bar, but we did not want to pay for items we did not use. At checkout the reception did not know we had already paid through Booking.com, I had to produce my emailed confirmation.
